"I am beyond excited to share my official Modest Mouse poster for their show in my hometown of Missoula. Itβs also the first stop to kick off their βLonesome Crowded Westβ tour.
Anyone who knows me knows Iβm a huge Modest Mouse fan. I began stealing my dad and older brothers Modest Mouse albums in middle school and was immediately glued to the lyrics. I grew up in the suburbs of Missoula on a hill of twisting and winding roads which were too far to walk or bike to anything. It was as if Isaacs lyrics were written specifically for me and landed my thoughts and feelings into reality.
Itβs rare I get overly conceptual with my posters but because I was already so familiar with this band it was hard not too. I decided to choose a specific song to model it after - in the end I landed on βTeeth Like Godβs Shoeshineβ. But I can divulge my concepts into that later." - MM
