By creating an account, you agree to:

• Not create multiple fraudulent accounts
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

PosterDrops provides tools to catalog, organize, and track your poster collection. You retain full ownership of your collection data. By using our tools, you grant PosterDrops a license to display your collection information within the platform to provide the service.

PosterDrops is not the seller. PosterDrops provides a platform connecting buyers and sellers of gig posters, art prints, screen prints, and related collectibles.

• PosterDrops does not own listed items unless explicitly stated
• PosterDrops does not guarantee the authenticity of any item
• Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers
• PosterDrops may assist with disputes but is not obligated to resolve every dispute
• Listing fees, seller fees, and payment processing terms are outlined on our Pricing page

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Review listings carefully, including edition details, condition, and images
• Understand the differences between editions (Main Edition, Artist Edition, Variant)
• Inspect photos and ask the seller questions before purchasing
• Report any issues with a transaction promptly
• Comply with all payment requirements and complete purchases in good faith

As a seller, you agree that:

• All listings are accurate and not misleading
• You own the item or have authorization to sell it
• The item is authentic and as described
• Edition details (type, number, size) are accurate
• Condition is honestly and accurately represented
• Images belong to you or are properly licensed
• You will fulfill orders promptly and ship items securely

PosterDrops may charge fees for certain marketplace services. Current fee structures are outlined on our Pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. PosterDrops does not store your full payment card details.

PosterDrops maintains a historical database of poster sales and pricing information.

• Historical pricing is provided for informational purposes only
• Prices may come from multiple sources and may fluctuate
• Historical sales are not appraisals and future value is not guaranteed
• PosterDrops does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of pricing data
• Unauthorized scraping, bulk downloading, or commercial redistribution of pricing data is strictly prohibited

Users may submit reviews, comments, photos, frame-ups, collection data, artwork images, descriptions, and other content. You retain ownership of your content but grant PosterDrops a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights. PosterDrops reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Artists and galleries who create profiles or list items on PosterDrops retain ownership of their original creative works. The PosterDrops platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is the intellectual property of PosterDrops.

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

You agree not to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items
• Manipulate pricing data, reviews, or Deal Scores
• Submit false pricing information
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Circumvent fees, security measures, or access controls
• Share accounts or create fraudulent accounts
• Engage in copyright infringement or spam
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

PosterDrops reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the platform or its community. Users may appeal by contacting support.

PosterDrops is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. PosterDrops does not endorse or verify any user, seller, artist, or listing on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PosterDrops and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PosterDrops, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or site notification.
