Jack White Albuquerque 26 Jones (SE) - Light Variant
About this poster
Created for Jack White’s Atlanta performance, this poster takes a bathroom-inspired, state-of-the-union approach to the tour, reflecting both the intensity of the show and the current cultural climate. The design draws inspiration from White’s performance of “Temporary Ground” from Blunderbuss, particularly the lyric “screaming without sound,” which felt especially relevant in 2026.
Much of the imagery comes from photographs by Jack White’s longtime photographer, David Swanson. The Cracker Jack character in the corner originated from an unused shirt design developed earlier in the tour. Artist Chris Koehler was brought in to redraw the character in Illustrator, creating a cohesive design and a vector version suitable for potential merchandise.
Rather than relying on traditional foil treatments, the artist revisited the alternate-design approach used for Jack White’s Hollywood shows, creating two distinct versions of the Atlanta poster: “Lights On” and “Lights Out.”
