About this poster
I often do preliminary concepts for bigger commercial projects and sometimes I wind up developing them as a way to loosen up my mind and my hand. A good example is this piece called "Road Trip" which started as a concept drawing for the recent "Summer Tour" documentary poster for Mischa Rcihter, Chloe Sevigny and Utopia Films.
We recently printed it in my Cape Cod studio as a 5 color Risograph, and it might be my favorite print so far in this medium. Prints are in hand and ready to ship, as well as the original pen & ink.
