About this poster
I had the chance to do quite a bit of work on this new documentary "Summer Tour". Produced by Chloe Sevigny and directed by Mischa Richter, it follows two kids who were born well after the passing of Jerry Garcia who go on tour chasing and living the continuing dream of the spirit of the Grateful Dead. Aside from working on lots of graphic elements within the film, animated by my friend Damien Kazan, I also sat down with Mischa Richter over coffee in Provincetown, and hatched out the idea for this poster. I'll hopefully have some specs on the poster as a print edition soon. The film is on a theater tour now and will be officially released on July 23rd. Check Utopia Films for more info.
