Billy Strings N1 Bethel 26 Goldberger (SE) - Rainbow Foil Edition
About this poster
Created for the first night of Billy Strings’ two-night run at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, this poster celebrates the site of the original 1969 Woodstock festival. Inspired by the legendary traffic jam leading to Woodstock, the artwork features a lively procession of psychedelic vehicles and playful canine characters. Historical references include Bob Hieronimus’ iconic Light Bus, Ken Kesey’s Furthur bus, and vehicles displayed at the Bethel Woods Museum. The bustling composition draws inspiration from Richard Scarry, Dr. Seuss, and Jim Phillips, capturing the colorful spirit of Woodstock.
