About this poster
Created to celebrate the release of The Phish Companion, 3rd Edition, this print by AJ Masthay was produced to benefit The Mockingbird Foundation. Titled No Future at All, the piece revisits the world of Gamehendge, depicting the AC/DC Bag in a darker, reimagined form.
Masthay presents the character as a tragic cyborg—once human, now heavily altered by machinery. One arm has been replaced with a hangman’s noose, while his torso reveals exposed mechanical components beneath missing flesh. A sense of humanity remains in his expression as he looks into a crate containing a severed hand and heart, referencing parts of his former self.
No Future at All is an 18" x 24" linoleum-cut print produced in eleven colors. It was released in three signed and numbered editions: a standard edition of 420 on Crane Lettra Ecru paper, a sparkle foil variant edition of 100, and a copper foil edition of 15. Each purchase included a copy of The Phish Companion, 3rd Edition (shipped separately), with proceeds supporting youth music education through The Mockingbird Foundation.
