About this poster
This poster was created for Bill Graham’s second New Year’s Bash, an event that quickly grew into an annual tradition. These all-night celebrations featured live performances by Jefferson Airplane and the Grateful Dead, and for those who stayed into the early hours, breakfast was personally served by Graham and his crew.
The 1st printing measures 14 1/16" x 24 9/16" and is characterized by a patchy, purple/red border. It was printed before the concert.
