About this poster
I’m excited to share my official poster for the Foo Fighters show in Cincinnati at Great American Ball Park. The concept is based on a moment of Cincinnati music history. In 1970 there was a festival called Cincinnati Summer Pop that was hosted at the original home of the Cincinnati Reds, Crosley Field. Iggy Pop and the Stooges played. During the set a fan threw a jar of peanut butter on stage which Iggy smeared on his chest and threw into the crowd with his silver gloved hand. The print is an homage to this moment in Cincinnati music and punk rock history. Poster is a 6 color screen print with metallic silver inks. Printed by my friends at DIY Printing in Cincinnati. Rock out, Cincy and leave the peanut butter at home!
