Paramount Theatre
Seattle's historic Paramount Theatre; the landmark built in 1928 and renamed the Paramount Northwest by new owners in 1971, was the regional venue for rock, pop, jazz, blues, and soul concerts throughout the 1970's. While the great majority of these distinctively stylized cardboard posters advertise concerts at the Paramount Northwest, a few are for shows at the Seattle Center Coliseum, Portland Paramount, and Vancouver's Agrodome.
