The Woodlands of Dover International Speedway
The Woodlands, located east of the Speedway, encompasses hundreds of acres of clearings, forests, and more. Part of The Woodlands is the venue for the Firefly Music Festival and, in 2024, Mondegreen, Phish's latest festival. It also serves as campgrounds during Dover Motor Speedway's NASCAR weekends. The area includes The Loft, a permanent structure that can accommodate between 100 and 320 people for events, parties, or outings.
