The Busyhead Project Benefit Concert is a mental health initiative founded by singer-songwriter Noah Kahan to end the stigma around mental healthcare. The organization has previously hosted major sold-out benefit shows, including an event at the MGM Music Hall at Fenway that raised $1.5 million in partnership with the Red Sox Foundation.
