Paloma Chavez
Paloma Chavez is a graphic designer and screen print artist based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her screen printing journey began while living in Chicago, where she felt the pull away from computer-based design work and toward the hands-on, tactile process of printmaking.
She discovered Steve Walters and his cooperative studio, Screwball Press, eventually joining as a member and learning the craft directly from him. Surrounded by walls covered in posters—from newcomers to artists with decades of experience—Paloma found an inspiring community that shaped her approach to design and print.
