Crazy Arab
Gary did poster art for groups such as The Rolling Stones, Cream, Big Brother and the Holding Company, and Blue Cheer, and did an oil painting which became the album cover for Blue Cheer’s second album, OutsideInside. Gary’s genius lay in the artistic interpretation of people, and that is what this collection really celebrates. Gary never received the recognition his outstanding art deserved, but it stands today as a brilliant example of the unique art of the 1960s.
