Tristan Eaton
Tristan Eaton is best known for his large-scale murals, which often feature pastiche, patchwork portraits. Yet over the course of his career, Eaton’s indefatigable practice has spanned painting, printmaking, and design. The Los Angeles–based artist attended the School of Visual Arts in New York and has since created toys for Fisher Price as well as for his own company, Kidrobot, and collaborated with global brands including Nike, Universal, and Hublot. Eaton’s murals now decorate New York, Los Angeles, and Paris. His work belongs in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
