As Jim Pollock explained:
"The Chinese Foo Dog is resting its paw on the U.S. dollar symbol, seeming to state that, for once, it is not the almighty American dollar in the power seat. Rather, it may be the main focus of the problem... some food for thought. How much of the world will actually be controlled by Foo Dog?"
