This poster was part of a 1968 promotional portfolio created by the Nekoosa paper mill to showcase its "Gold Nekoosa Offset" paper line—specifically vellum finish, 70 lb. basis weight. Designed by hired graphic artists, these prints were distributed by paper merchants to demonstrate print quality and paper characteristics to commercial lithographers. Though it references a concert, the event never actually took place; the gig was entirely fictitious, used purely as a creative marketing concept. All posters in this series were machine folded for distribution.
