We are pleased to announce a new edition of hand-painted multiples - releasing Thursday 26th September at 5pm BST via our web store.
‘For A Moment’ represents a big step forward in our process and approach. Every element of this print has been hand-finished, starting with a base layer of white acrylic applied by brush to create a raw, textured effect.
From there, we built layers of colour using a mix of techniques, each one bringing different dynamic movement. The final black overlay sharpens the contrast, while the main image is applied using the traditional method of hand pulled silkscreen-printing. To push the depth further, we’ve layered multiple coats of silk-screen varnish, giving the print a tactile, almost sculptural finish.
This release is all about celebrating the craft and time poured into each piece. Five editions of the print will be available in varying edition sizes, each print completely unique.
A huge thanks to the team at Goldmark Atelier for the incredible technical skills and also their patience while we made a huge mess in the studio.
Four coloured editions are available for £325 and a Gold Leaf edition for £450.
