About this poster
This poster features an image created using a photograph of Jimi Hendrix taken by Donald Silverstein. Colored wires were intricately arranged to form Hendrix's portrait, which was then re-photographed to produce the final design.
Printed and distributed in the United States by publisher Darien House as tour merchandise during the United States portion of the 1969 tour. Printed on Coated Stock.
The 1st has white lettering and a correct date and venue.
Tour merch poster commemorates nonexistent gig in Stuttgart. The 15th was a day off, and Stuttgart performance actually took place on the 19th.
