Hey human beings! We’ve made a poster for PHISH!
They’re about to play a weekend of shows out in Wisconsin at the @alpinevalleytheatre, which was a great excuse for us to go ALL HANDS ON DECK for this thing:
I sketched up this plan for some good ol’ fashioned crop circles—based on the actual & semi-ancient PHISH CROP CIRCLES that you can still see remnants of just outside of East Troy—with the help of some excellent art direction nudges by the raddest @juliamordaunt, who’s always been such a champion of our work, even back before we had any idea what we doing.
Once the thumbs were up on that, I launched into a ton of drawing and color work—with the crucial help of my best bud @_jseamans, of course—and then without even setting foot outside the perimeter of the Landland Productivity Compound & Wild Bunny Preserve, @rlsunde & I turned around and logged some major hours printing a SERIOUS STACK of these things in what’s essentially a modified garage studio. My job rules. Bands like @phish help it to rule.
If you’re at these shows, they have them in the usual spots, until they don’t. Lotta people out there in those hills right now.
If you’re somewhere else, we have some stashed away in [REDACTED] which we plan on declassifying for you at A SPECIAL TIME this coming MONDAY, July 29th. We have a Substack & a hearty FB group…always the best first place to get drop info once we have it.
