The skeleton is in front of a gate. Above the door says "Enter By This Gateway and See The Way of Honor, The Light of Truth, The Will To Work for Men." On the top of the poster is the all seeing eye.

This example is the Original Pre-Concert First Printing Version 2, which can be determined due to the omission of logos along the bottom edge and an extra outline around "Grateful Dead."
