About this poster
These bands provided the soundtrack to a lot of escapades and foggy memories, and it’s an honor to work with them. When I was tasked with combining Opie Ortiz’s iconic Sublime sun logo with Slightly Stoopid’s smoking skull, I was a little nervous. The logo styles are completely different, but somehow they fit together like a puzzle and still retained their essence. I hand illustrated the combo logo to give it my own touches, and then made it the centerpiece to this psychedelic explosion.
