About this poster
Excited to share my poster for this year’s DH show in Salt Lake City. I’ve been to Utah quite a few times. The nature out there is absolutely stunning, especially down in the south. There’s a reason an arch is on the license plate! I always feel so inspired after spending time in that landscape. When I got assigned a poster for the Utah show I knew I had to do something depicting that area. For this print I almost immediately had an idea of a giant Octopus turned to stone whose tentacles made up the giant arches. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out so I just started roughly sketching the idea and I’m pretty pleased with the final result! A lone musical pilgrim wanders through the valley of the giant arches - his music echoing off the towering rock. Hope you all like it ❤
