When I began this series, I knew I had to invite Cesar to take part. He'd already done a Beatles piece for me that was spectacular, so I'd be a fool to not try to get him to take part and make me another. He ended up selecting my favorite Beatles album as the one he wanted to tackle and I love what he's done here. He's taken one of the greatest, most recognizable album covers of all time and put it in his own style, along with putting an interesting spin on it. Per Cesar: "In the visual part I want to represent a new angle to that image, with a wide angle where the iconic elements such as the zebra cross, the VW, the police car, the man in the background, the EMI studios and the band as giants from a low angle. Conceptually I wanted to represent the moment the group was going through, their last recording together and the imminence of their separation by having them fading away and being able to see through them."
