About this poster
Cyanotype printing does not necessarily produce results that are as sharp or detailed as modern, high-end giclée prints, but its rich, blue color is unique and beautiful. Each print is printed individually by exposing the hand-painted, photosensitive chemicals to UV light. So each print is unique and will differ in color, value, and detail from one another, and in essence, looks like it was created by a mid-1800s process – because it was.
