About this poster
"I did something different with this one - this drawing originated as part of a project to design vinyl toys with a toy company in Japan - the deal fell apart, as they sometimes do, and I was very disappointed, because I fell in love with this drawing and design.
The original drawing was done on grey watercolor paper, with ink and white prismacolor, but with a little photoshop magic, I was able to separate the drawing into elements that could be reproduced as a silkscreen. I'm really happy with this one, the rougher texture of the white highlights, and the full-bleed background make it a bit of a departure from my other prints, but I love how it turned out, I hope you do too!" - CC
