Kozik was never given permission to sell these as a numbered edition. Pure promo poster for advertisement only! All sent to Epitaph Records and distributed equally among the various cities mostly to record stores. I obtained just a few of them from Jack Grisham T.S.O.L in 1994. He got them from a record store.
